Our “Drill and Roll” class is a weekly high-intensity session that focuses on enhancing speed, strength, and muscle memory. Participants engage in live sparring sessions to apply their skills, fostering growth and refinement in their grappling abilities. It’s the perfect blend of training and practical application.
